Step 5: Secure Loading, Tie-Downs & Transit Monitoring

We verify all chains, straps, binders, and blocking meet federal and provincial/state securement regulations. During transit, our team provides real-time monitoring and communication so you remain informed at every stage of the haul.
Step 3: Equipment and Carrier Coordination
We match your shipment with the exact truck type and specialty trailer required, whether flatbed, step deck, RGN/lowboy, multi-axle, or heavy-haul modular configurations. Our nationwide carrier network allows us to secure operators experienced in handling oversize and overweight freight, ensuring proper capacity, axle spacing, and weight distribution for safe transport.
Step 6: Delivery, Offloading & Final Verification
Upon arrival, we oversee safe offloading procedures, ensuring proper equipment, ground conditions, and clearances are in place. Our team conducts a final inspection to confirm your cargo arrives in expected condition, documenting delivery status and completing the project with full accountability.
