Step 4: Stakeholder & Support Services Coordination
For shipments needing additional support, we organize all essential services, including pilot and escort vehicles, police escorts, utility line lifts, bucket trucks, and coordination with municipal or DOT authorities to keep your load moving safely and without interruption.

Our team evaluates approved roadways, bridges, clearance points, and traffic patterns to establish the safest, most efficient route for oversize cargo while ensuring the move aligns with all required permits, escorts, and regulatory standards.
Step 5: Secure Loading, Tie-Downs & Transit Monitoring
Your cargo is loaded using certified rigging, securement, and tie-down techniques tailored to its weight and geometry. We confirm that all chains, straps, binders, and blocking meet federal and provincial/state regulations. Throughout transit, we provide continuous monitoring and communication so you stay updated at every step.
Step 3: Equipment and Carrier Coordination
We pair your shipment with the correct truck type and specialized trailer, flatbed, step deck, RGN/lowboy, multi-axle, or heavy-haul modular systems. Through our nationwide carrier network, we secure operators skilled in oversize and overweight freight, guaranteeing proper capacity, axle spacing, and weight distribution throughout transport.
Step 6: Delivery, Offloading & Final Verification
Upon arrival, we manage safe offloading with the proper equipment and site conditions in place. Our team completes a final inspection to verify the cargo’s condition, document delivery details, and ensure the project concludes with accuracy and accountability.
