Job Description
We are seeking a driven individual to join our dynamic team as an Account Executive, mandated with developing exceptional customer management, contributing to the expansion of our client portfolio, and making a meaningful impact on their success.
Responsibilities
Assess inquiries and provide accurate pricing and options
Follow up on potential business opportunities through various channels
Resolve operational issues promptly and effectively
Develop and nurture client base while developing cross/up-sell strategies
Generate new business opportunities
Monitor loads and ensure clear communication with customers and carriers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless coordination of customer requests
Qualifications
Strong understanding of software navigation
Experience in front-office client management
Critical Thinking and real-time decision making
Ability to travel for business development.
Motivated and eager to learn.
Problem solver with a can-do mindset
Fluent in English and French
